What we hold

For the Facebook Page connection we store your Facebook user ID and name, the Page and linked Instagram account you chose, and encrypted access tokens. For competitor lookups we store the Instagram usernames you track, and we cache the public profile and recent-post counts we fetch for you for up to 6 hours, visible only to you. Profile picture and media links are never kept past their expiry.

How to delete your data

• Disconnect in Cico: open Settings > Integrations and click "Disconnect" on the Facebook Page or Instagram card. This deletes the stored access token for that connection right away.
• Remove tracked handles: on the Competitors screen, remove any page or competitor you no longer want saved.
• Remove the app from Facebook: go to Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Business Integrations, find CICO, click Remove, and select the option to delete your data. Facebook notifies us automatically. We delete your Facebook connection, its tokens and every cached lookup made with your account, and give you a confirmation code you can check on this page.
• Email us: [set PRIVACY_CONTACT_EMAIL]. We reply within 30 days.
